SearchPlus HR Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join a leading private hospital. The role targets UK-trained consultants with CCT in Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery and GMC eligibility, to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will assess and manage musculoskeletal conditions, perform orthopedic procedures, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to clinical governance, audits, and CPD.

Qualifications

• Recognized medical degree (MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent).
• Proven experience working at Consultant level in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Current or eligible GMC registration, where applicable to UK qualification pathway.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic conditions affecting bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons.
• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures appropriate to training and clinical expertise.
• Manage trauma cases, fractures, joint disorders, and other musculoskeletal injuries.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical management.
• Provide preoperative assessments, postoperative care, and follow-up consultations.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital governance and patient safety standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and continuous quality improvement activities.
