SearchPlus HR Consultancy seeks an experienced Consultant / Spine Surgeon with UK CCT to join our UAE healthcare team, delivering expert assessment, diagnosis and surgical management of spinal conditions in a multidisciplinary setting.

The role requires Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in spine surgery, strong post-CCT experience, and eligibility for UAE licensing. You will collaborate with orthopaedic, neurosurgical, radiology and rehab teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• UK CCT in Orthopaedics or Neurosurgery
• Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in Spine Surgery
• Experience managing complex spinal conditions

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform appropriate spinal surgical procedures based on clinical expertise and approved privileges.
• Manage patients throughout the pre-operative, operative, and post-operative phases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical practice.
• Work closely with orthopaedic, neurosurgical, radiology, rehabilitation, and other specialist teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
• Participate in clinical governance, audits, and continuous quality improvement.
