Job summary

SearchPlus HR Consultancy seeks an experienced Consultant/Spine Surgeon with UK CCT to join a growing UAE healthcare team. You will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of spinal conditions in a multidisciplinary setting.

The successful candidate will have fellowship/subspecialty spine training, post-CCT spine experience, and be eligible for UAE licensing. You will collaborate across orthopaedic, neurosurgical, radiology, and rehabilitation teams to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications

• UK CCT in Orthopaedics or Neurosurgery required.
• Fellowship or subspecialty spine training.
• Post-CCT spine surgery experience.
• Experience with complex/degenerative spinal conditions.
• Eligible for UAE medical licensing (DHA/DOH/MOHAP).
• Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage spinal and musculoskeletal patients.
• Perform spinal procedures based on expertise and privileges.
• Manage patients through pre-, peri-, and post-operative care.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with orthopaedic, neurosurgical, radiology, rehab teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and patient safety.
• Participate in governance, audits and quality improvement.
