Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Project Manager with strong UiPath RPA expertise to lead end-to-end automation initiatives, bridging business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to realize measurable value and digital transformation outcomes.

You will own project delivery, governance, ROI calculations, and benefits tracking, while guiding UiPath architects and developers, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and the Automation CoE across global client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of IT delivery, project management, business analysis, or automation program experience.
• 4+ years delivering UiPath automation projects in enterprise environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent RPA projects or workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UiPath automation projects from initiation through production deployment.
• Define project scope, timelines, budget, resource plans, milestones, and governance cadence.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, change logs, status reports, and executive updates.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, change requests, and delivery escalations.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, quality, and budget expectations.
• Drive project reviews, sprint ceremonies, steering committee updates, and client-facing status meetings.
• Conduct process discovery workshops with business stakeholders and operations teams.

• Monitor automation stability, bot performance, SLA adherence, and post go-live issue resolution.
