• Conduct user research and usability testing to align designs with user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze research insights to validate design decisions and ensure a user-centric approach.
• Design wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications, incorporating micro-interactions and animations to boost engagement.
• Create intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces, optimizing for cross-platform performance and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Select typography, color schemes, and layouts to enhance readability, visual appeal, and brand alignment.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize assets and guarantee seamless design implementation with visual fidelity.
• Test and iterate designs based on usability testing, stakeholder feedback, and performance metrics.
• Design original graphic elements, including icons, illustrations, and imagery, to elevate the user experience.
• Contribute to brand identity development by creating marketing materials, cohesive style guides, and visual assets.
• Work with content strategists to ensure seamless integration of visual and textual elements in designs.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
• Stay updated on emerging design tools, trends, and methodologies, proposing innovative ideas for projects.

Must Have

• Experience: 3+ years in UI/UX design with a proven portfolio of user-centric projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Blender for creating 3D assets and animations is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
