Listint is seeking a UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. You will design interfaces for web, mobile, dashboards, and CRM, translating requirements into intuitive experiences while collaborating with developers, product teams, and QA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, be fluent in Arabic and English, and contribute to a design system, RTL interfaces when needed, and AI-powered UI explorations.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and 3+ years experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience creating intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging digital experiences.

The candidate will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences across websites, web applications, mobile applications, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into effective design solutions, and collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders. Experience in the Real Estate industry will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user experiences for Listint web, mobile, dashboards, and related products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Work across Listint verticals including Real Estate, Services, Travel, Products, Careers, Auctions, Exhibitions, and other ecosystem features.
• Design and improve complex platforms such as CRM, Client Portal, Admin Dashboard, marketing tools, and AI-powered experiences.
• Maintain and expand the Listint Design System, including components, typography, colors, spacing, tokens, and design patterns.
• Ensure consistency across desktop, mobile, responsive web, and different Listint products.
• Design clear experiences for complex workflows, large datasets, forms, tables, filters, search, maps, analytics, and management tools.
• Support both English and Arabic/RTL interfaces where required.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review implemented features and work with QA to identify and resolve UI/UX issues.
• Participate in product discussions, understand business requirements, and translate them into practical design solutions.
• Explore AI-assisted experiences and modern interaction patterns where they improve the Listint user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 - 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong experience in UI/UX or Product Design for web and mobile products.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Auto Layout, components, variants, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile UX, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Experience designing dashboards, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or other complex digital products.
• Ability to simplify complex requirements into clear and scalable user experiences.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with design, development, QA, and product teams.
• Strong attention to visual quality, consistency, and implementation details.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience in the Real Estate industry is an added advantage.
• Experience designing real estate websites, property listing platforms, portals, or mobile applications.
• Experience designing dashboards and data-driven interfaces.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic frontend development concepts.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing tools.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Understanding of SEO and digital product design principles is a plus.
• Experience designing bilingual or RTL interfaces, particularly Arabic and English, is highly desirable.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused designer who can balance aesthetics with functionality. They should be capable of taking a project from initial research and user flows through wireframes, prototypes, final UI designs, and developer handoff.

The candidate should also be comfortable working onsite with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
