Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a senior operations professional to oversee the UAE ATM and Self-Service channel network, ensuring seamless service and reliability across all sites.

You will drive channel revenue, validate new functionalities, manage vendor relationships, and deliver regular performance reports and reviews to management.

Strong coordination with stakeholders, attention to compliance, and proactive problem solving are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the UAE ATM and Self-Service channel network.
• Drive channel revenue growth and customer migration.
• Validate new functionalities on Self-Serve channels.
• Manage machines movements and asset tracking.
• Achieve assigned objectives and performance targets.
• Process end-to-end invoices and release payments to vendors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and transaction reports in PPT.
• Deliver monthly ATM channel full reviews in PPT.
• Arrange work permits for all ATM sites with vendors.
• Update locator records with Mashreq, MC, Visa, and JCB.
• Capitalize completed projects and monitor project spends.
• Track EBSU meetings and host them.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders as required.
