The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Diploma in a related field and has 2–5 years in procurement or supply chain, with strong Excel skills and English communication. Emiratisation emphasis is key.

Qualifications

• UAEN (Emirati) with FAMILY-BOOK.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, or Administration.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier inquiries, quotation requests, purchase orders, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain procurement databases, supplier records, and purchasing documentation.
• Track purchase orders and monitor delivery status.
• Assist in supplier onboarding and vendor management activities.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and governance requirements.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analyses, and status updates as required.
• Support contract administration and procurement-related correspondence.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
