Job summary
ABU ALNAGA CONTRACTING is seeking an experienced Typist in Dubai to support immigration, visa processing, and residency services. The role requires hands-on work with UAE government systems and accurate document handling to ensure compliance and timely submission.
The ideal candidate will have proven UAE typing experience, solid knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, DAHC, AMER, and ICP systems, and strong English typing skills. Arabic typing is an advantage; meticulous attention to detail is essential.
Qualifications
- Proven UAE experience as a Typist (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, DAHC (Medical), AMER, and ICP systems.
- Experience in visa typing, labor contracts, and residency processing.
- Good English typing skills (Arabic typing is an advantage).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Typing and processing employment visas and labor contracts
- Handling MOHRE applications and labor-related services
- Processing visa applications through GDRFA
- Managing medical fitness applications via DAHC
- Using AMER System for immigration and visa services
- Handling residency, Emirates ID, and visa services through ICP
- Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all documents
- Coordinating with relevant government departments when required
