Job summary

You will manage AP/AR, reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting, using Excel and accounting systems. Candidates should be able to join immediately and work with strict VAT compliance in UAE.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of UAE VAT, taxation, and accounting requirements.
• Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ability to perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Experience preparing and maintaining financial reports and accounting records.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software/systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accounting records in accordance with UAE VAT and tax requirements.
• Support audit activities by preparing required financial records and documentation.
• Monitor general ledger entries and ensure accurate account classifications.
• Use Microsoft Excel and accounting systems for reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
