Job summary

Sisco Jobs seeks an Accountant for our Abu Dhabi, UAE client. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of UAE accounting experience, strong UAE VAT/tax knowledge, and exposure to audit requirements and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day transactions, AP/AR, reconciliations, and using Excel and accounting systems for reporting and analysis. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of UAE accounting experience including VAT and tax.
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and schedules.
• Maintain accounting records in accordance with UAE VAT and tax requirements.
• Support audit activities by preparing required financial records and documentation.
• Monitor general ledger entries and ensure accurate account classifications.
• Use Microsoft Excel and accounting systems for reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis.
