Job summary

Global University Systems GmbH seeks a Campus Administration Manager to lead the Dubai campus operations, student services, and service departments, ensuring a high-quality student and teaching experience on campus.

You will coordinate regulators like KHDA, manage visa applications, and build external partnerships while driving campus events, safety, and continuous service improvements across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in coordinating, event and project management in higher education or hospitality/event sectors.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a hands-on mindset.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus and highly valued.
• Reliable, flexible and able to optimize processes and structures.
• International background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run the Dubai campus operations and services.
• Coordinate permits, regulators (KHDA) and external service providers.
• Manage KHDA portal and visa applications for staff and students.
• Lead service functions on campus and ensure high-quality student experience.
• Build external partnerships and maintain vendor agreements.
• Oversee campus events and safety, facility, and security concepts.
• Plan space utilization, contracts, and cost budgets.
• Support strategic development with senior leadership.
