Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant sales experience in household goods or consumer goods categories.
• Proven UAE retail account management experience with A-Class and B-Class retailers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with UAE retail accounts including Carrefour, Lulu, Nesto, Almaya and similar accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and listing fees with buyers and decision-makers.
• Drive product listings, visibility, availability and distribution across UAE retail channels.
• Prepare forecasts, account plans and performance reports for management.
