James Cubitt & Partners is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join its supervision team in Abu Dhabi. The role emphasizes site supervision on building projects, with a preference for candidates based in the UAE and familiar with local consultancy practices.

The ideal candidate will bring strong QA/QC expertise, robust documentation skills, and the ability to liaise with contractors and project teams to ensure quality compliance from design through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• UAE engineering consultancy and site supervision experience in building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction quality standards.
• Familiarity with ADM regulations and Estidama requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with project quality requirements and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with project teams to maintain construction standards.
• Review project documents, inspection records, and quality reports.
• Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented effectively throughout project activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams regarding quality issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and support project quality audits.
