Job summary

JLL is seeking a Head of UAE Project and Development Services (PDS) to lead the UAE PDS business strategy and drive growth across markets. You will manage capital, Opex, and M&A plans while building a high-performing, multi-location team and aligning with global PDS and REMS objectives.

You will nurture client relationships, drive new business opportunities and ensure governance, profitability, and risk management in a dynamic, matrixed environment across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Proven professional project manager with a record of delivering significant projects within the UAE or broader Middle East region.
• Experience leading a large team ideally across multiple locations and nurturing top talent.
• Operational experience in project and resource management in a large matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own UAE PDS business strategy and annual plan including capital and Opex allocation.
• Attract, coach and develop a high-performing UAE PDS team across locations.
• Drive growth, partnerships and engagement with JLL Product and REMS teams to scale PDS products.
• Ensure governance, risk management and profitability in a complex matrix environment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to integrate digital and data analytics for client services.
