Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Procurement Executive specializing in Media and Marketing to coordinate category plans, source initiatives, and manage vendor relationships. The role focuses on optimizing spend, adherence to procurement policies, and collaboration with UAE-based and international units.

You will lead negotiations, manage complex contracts, and drive cost savings while ensuring quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing procurement processes.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, including quotations, payments, and reconciliations.
• Procurement certification or finance certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Document bid events through supplier correspondence.
• Develop supplier selection criteria and drive approval processes with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing management.
• Implement supplier risk analysis and develop negotiation strategies.
• Interact with stakeholders to lead supplier relationships for value extraction in quality, cost and innovation.
• Manage Marketing suppliers' performance against SLAs and conduct evaluations, audits, and qualifications.
• Maintain and update vendor lists with qualifications, delivery times, and future potentials.
• Establish internal customer relationship management through timely and professional communication.
• Manage contracts, including negotiation and incorporation of terms, KPIs, and service level metrics.
• Ensure business process efficiency and improvements in alignment with Procurement strategy.
• Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.
• Generate and update management reports timely.
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors.
