Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Procurement professional to develop and execute category sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and lead negotiations within Marketing and Advertising domains. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, contract management, and ongoing supplier performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies including RFIs RFPs and RFQs
• Document bid events through supplier correspondence
• Develop supplier selection criteria and drive approval processes with cross-functional teams
• Conduct supplier negotiations and ongoing management
• Implement supplier risk analysis and develop negotiation strategies
• Interact with stakeholders to lead supplier relationships for value extraction in quality cost effectiveness and innovation
• Manage Marketing suppliers performance against SLAs and conduct evaluations audits and qualifications
• Maintain and update vendor lists including qualifications delivery times and future potentials
• Establish effective internal customer relationship management through timely and professional communication
• Manage contracts including negotiation and incorporation of terms conditions KPIs and service level metrics
• Ensure business process efficiency and improvements in alignment with Procurement strategy
• Work with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed
• Generate and update management reports timely
• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Procurement or Finance Certification is an added value.
• Over 3 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising agencies.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, including quotations, payments, and reconciliations.
