Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Procurement Executive specializing in Media and Marketing to coordinate category plans, source initiatives, and manage vendor relationships to optimize spend.

You will enhance process efficiency, ensure adherence to procurement policies, and collaborate with UAE-based and international units. Success is defined by supplier negotiations, contract management, and achieving cost savings while upholding quality and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Procurement or Finance certification is an added value.
• Over 3 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising agencies.
• Hands-on experience in vendor management, including quotations, payments, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
• Document bid events through supplier correspondence.
• Lead supplier negotiations and ongoing management.
• Establish and monitor supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage contracts including terms, conditions, and service levels.
• Generate timely management reports and maintain vendor lists.
