A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Manager focused on visa management and compliance. This strategic role entails overseeing visa processes, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a UAE National with significant HR experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • UAE National with Family Book.
  • 8+ years in HR administration, preferably in large private sector organisations.
  • Deep understanding of visa processes, labor law, and employee experience frameworks.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Master’s or certification preferred).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and data management capabilities.

The Role: This is a strategic role focused on visa management, regulatory compliance, and HR data integrity for a workforce of over 1,000 employees. Client: A semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee visa processing, renewals, and government relations
  • Manage employee data for 1,000+ staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Lead a team of two and report directly to the SVP of HR Operations & People Experience
  • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi pension regulations and labor laws
  • Collaborate with external authorities and internal stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Maintain and optimise HR documentation, insurance records, and attendance systems
  • Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards for senior management
  • Take ownership of critical HR functions that directly influence employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Work closely with senior leadership and government entities, gaining visibility and influence across the organisation
