Job summary

Tiger Recruitment is seeking a Sr. Associate, M365 Suite Engineer in the UAE to join a semi-government technology team.

The role focuses on securing collaboration, automating processes, and enabling digital workplace transformation using Microsoft 365 tools. Responsibilities include administering SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID; designing Power Platform solutions; configuring Copilot; and enforcing security/compliance controls with IT teams.

Qualifications

UAE National with Family Book.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Practical understanding of Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted productivity, and M365 automation.
Knowledge of M365 security and compliance, including DLP, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and governance.
Strong understanding of identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID.
Good understanding of digital workplace strategy, user adoption, and change enablement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide training and technical guidance to users.

Responsibilities

Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Ensure the M365 environment remains secure, highly available, and optimized to meet business requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to automate processes and enable self-service analytics.
Configure and support Microsoft Copilot for M365 and Microsoft Copilot Studio, helping drive responsible adoption of AI-powered productivity tools.
Manage SharePoint Online intranet and collaboration environments, including site architecture, permissions, content management, and search.
Implement M365 security and compliance controls, including DLP policies, sensitivity labels, retention policies, and Teams governance, in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
Monitor M365 platform health and performance, troubleshoot incidents, and coordinate with Microsoft support where required.
Provide technical guidance and support to users and IT teams, including the development of training and enablement materials.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and M365 capabilities to improve productivity, reduce manual processes, and enhance ways of working.
Support continuous improvement and adoption of new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities.
