Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Manager for Microsoft 365 to lead administration, governance, security, and optimization of the M365 platform across the organization. The role oversees Entra ID, hybrid identity, endpoint management, and compliance while aligning with security and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of hands-on experience with M365 services and licensing, plus knowledge of Intune, Defender, and Purview.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Strong enterprise-scale experience with M365 tenant management and governance.
• Hands-on expertise in Entra ID, hybrid Active Directory, and Entra Connect.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview.
• Proficiency in PowerShell automation.
• Good understanding of M365 licensing models (E3/E5), ITSM practices, and change management.
• Government, public sector, or GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
