Commercial Bank of Dubai (CBD) invites applications for a Junior Legal Counsel. The role focuses on supporting its Litigation function, handling case files, pleadings, and coordination with external counsel and court authorities.

You will track matters, review notices, and assist in debt recovery processes while researching UAE laws and precedents to minimize risk. Applicants must be UAE Nationals with a Law degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a law degree from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in litigation or dispute resolution.
• UAE Bar membership or relevant legal certification is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing legal disputes and case files.
• Prepare pleadings and coordinate with external counsel and court authorities.
• Track litigation matters and review legal notices.
• Support debt recovery proceedings and conduct UAE law research.
