Job summary

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank seeks an experienced Legal Counsel (UAE National) for a full-time in-house role based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years' legal experience in banking/finance or related commercial law and holds a law degree with conversion where applicable.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required for written and spoken communication. The role involves providing legal advice on commercial decisions, managing transactions, mitigating risks, and training staff

• Identify and mitigate legal risks, improve legal infrastructure
• Conduct training on legal issues across the bank
• Select and manage external counsel, ensuring cost‑effective services
