noon is building an ecosystem of digital products and services across the Middle East. We’re seeking UAE National graduates to join our Graduate Program, designed to fast-track careers in e-commerce, retail, marketing, operations and commercial business.

You’ll rotate across teams such as Mahali, FMCG, Brand & Creative, handling real projects, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, and gaining hands-on experience while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• A bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• A genuine interest in building a career in business, commerce, marketing, operations, or other relevant functions.
• A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support day‑to‑day activities and projects within your assigned department.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives and deliver impactful results.
• Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, and the preparation of presentations and business documents.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns, projects, and departmental initiatives, where relevant.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and share ideas to help the business grow.
• Learn from experienced team members and take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
