noon is building an ecosystem of digital products and services across the Middle East. We’re seeking UAE National graduates to join our Graduate Program, designed to fast-track careers in e-commerce, retail, marketing, operations and commercial business.

You’ll rotate across teams such as Mahali, FMCG, Brand & Creative, handling real projects, collaborating with cross-functional colleagues, and gaining hands-on experience while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• A bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to kick-start their careers and gain hands‑on experience across different business functions within one of the region’s leading digital commerce ecosystems.

As part of the program, you may have the opportunity to join teams across Mahali, FMCG, Brand & Creative, and other business functions, depending on your background, interests, and business needs.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real business projects, and gain exposure to the fast-paced world of e‑commerce, retail, marketing, operations, and commercial business.
