Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a UAE National Cyber Security Manager to lead the IT security program within the Information Technology team. The role focuses on strengthening the security posture, incident response, and risk management in a complex hybrid IT environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Cyber Security, you will guide the Cyber Security team, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, and drive security initiatives in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
• 7+ years IT experience with significant IT Security focus, including 4+ years in IT Security.
• Experience in complex hybrid IT environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and controls (ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NESA).
• Experience with VAPT and GRC methodologies.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CEH or CRISC.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and root cause analyses of cybersecurity incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage cybersecurity risks and maintain appropriate security controls.
• Coordinate with Security Operations Centre and third-party providers to respond to incidents.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments and risk/compliance reviews.
• Drive compliance with information security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and remediation activities; report to management.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit on IT risk identification and closure.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives and guide the team.
