Job summary

Mada Media seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to establish and maintain the organization’s security program, aligning governance, controls, risk management, monitoring, and incident response with UAE regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT risk, compliance, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Risk Management, or related discipline is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity program, controls, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Develop and execute the cybersecurity roadmap translating risks, priorities, and regulatory obligations into initiatives.
• Support PDPL and DESC compliance requirements and manage security governance activities.
• Maintain compliance documentation, evidence, and audit trails; monitor changes in requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate cybersecurity risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, assets, and third parties.
