Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a Cyber Security Manager on a UAE National basis to lead the cybersecurity program within the Information Technology team. The role focuses on incident investigation, risk management, and collaboration with the Security Operations Centre and external partners to strengthen the security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
• 7+ years IT experience with at least 4 years in IT Security covering Cybersecurity, IT Risk and IT Audit.
• Experience in a complex, hybrid IT environment (on-prem and cloud).
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and controls (ISO 27001, CIS Critical Security Controls, NESA).
• Experience with Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) methodologies.
• Cybersecurity IT certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CEH or CRISC.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and root cause analysis of cybersecurity incidents and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage cybersecurity risks and support business in maintaining security controls.
• Partner with Security Operations Centre and third-party providers for incident response and remediation.
• Conduct and oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Drive compliance with information security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cybersecurity KPIs, risks and remediation activities for management visibility.
• Collaborate with Internal Audit and stakeholders on IT risk identification and mitigation.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives to strengthen security culture.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Cyber Security team.
