Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering is seeking a UAE National Cyber Security Manager within the Information Technology team. You will lead key cybersecurity initiatives and work with IT colleagues and external partners to strengthen the organisation's security posture and resilience.

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Cyber Security, you will manage incidents, risks, and compliance across a complex hybrid environment, while guiding the Cyber Security team and promoting a security-first culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with substantial IT Security exposure.
• Minimum 4 years in IT Security (cybersecurity, risk, audit).
• Experience in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, CIS Controls and NESA.
• VAPT and GRC methodologies experience preferred.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CEH or CRISC certifications desirable.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigation and root cause analysis of cybersecurity incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Manage cybersecurity risks and maintain appropriate security controls.
• Coordinate with SOC and third parties to detect, respond to and remediate incidents.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and risk reviews.
• Drive compliance with security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, risks and remediation activities for management visibility.
• Partner with Internal Audit on IT risk identification and closure.
• Lead cybersecurity awareness initiatives to strengthen security culture.
• Provide leadership to the Cyber Security team.
