Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Classroom Assistant (UAE National) for Bateen World Academy in Abu Dhabi to commence immediately. Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school certificate.
• At least two-year experience in a school setting.
• English language skills according to the school curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for individual pupils / groups inside and outside the classroom to enable participation in activities.
• Be pro-active in health and safety matters.
• Assist in implementing individual education programmes and monitor progress.
• Support pupils with additional needs and help develop social skills.
• Assist class teachers with maintaining pupil records.
• Prepare and present displays of pupils’ work.
• Support teachers with photocopying and other classroom tasks.
• Align with school policies and safety requirements.
