Job summary

Aldar Education LLC seeks a UAE National Classroom Assistant for Abdulla Bin Otaiba School in Abu Dhabi for an immediate start. The role supports pupils inside and outside the classroom, assisting with activities, health and safety, and progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• UAE National with minimum secondary school certificate or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum two years of experience in UAE schools.
• English language skills or the language used in the school curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for individual pupils or groups inside and outside the classroom to enable participation in activities and support well-being.
• Be proactive in health and safety matters.
• Assist in implementing individual education programmes and monitor progress.
• Support pupils with additional needs and help develop social skills.
• Assist teachers with maintaining pupil records and preparing/displaying work.
• Attend team meetings and cooperate with other professionals as required.
