Job summary

Citi seeks an experienced UAE In-Country Services Technology Lead and MENAP Cluster Lead to orchestrate end-to-end technology delivery, governance, and operational resilience across UAE and MENAP. The role interfaces with business heads, regulators, and audit committees to ensure integrated execution across franchises.

The candidate should bring hands-on development background and deep experience in architecture reviews, localization feasibility, and regulatory controls to accelerate incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 8-10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience within global banking/financial services environments.
• Regional UAE/MENA banking exposure and familiarity with regulators (CBUAE, DFSA, FSRA, SAMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-franchise technology programs and delivery orchestration, aligning roadmaps with local priorities.
• Manage regulatory engagements, audits, and governance forums across UAE and MENAP.
• Act as a senior technology advisor to business heads, product leaders, and operations chiefs.
• Oversee localization, data sovereignty, and regulatory control frameworks for local platforms.
