Job summary

Staff Connect UAE seeks an experienced Project Manager — IT / Digital Delivery in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end technology projects. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, run Agile ceremonies, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities include steering governance, reporting to executives, and ensuring SDLC compliance across projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on capital markets knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Experience delivering IT, software and digital projects end to end with Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery end to end for technology projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and governance.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans and roadmaps.
• Manage budgets, resources and vendor/contract management.
• Run RAID log, identify risks, and define Mitigation plans.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies with delivery teams.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, releases and transition to operations.
