Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Linehaul Manager to lead end-to-end linehaul operations across UAE business lines, including FC, ATS, AMZL, and Quick Commerce. You will coordinate transportation plans, manage external carriers, and drive safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data-driven decision making, and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple sites, customer promises, and peak period demands in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end linehaul operations across FC, ATS, AMZL, and Quick Commerce in the UAE.
• Establish a single, coordinated operating plan across business lines.
• Ensure safe, timely, and efficient movement of shipments between network nodes.
• Own operational performance against key metrics and cost.
• Develop transportation plans aligned with forecasts and growth.
• Manage external carriers and transport partners with clear expectations.
• Lead events planning and cross-team collaborations.
• Investigate disruptions and implement corrective actions.
