Job summary

Gemini Group of Companies in the UAE seeks a Junior Accounts Executive to join our UAE accounts team. The role focuses on day-to-day bookkeeping, including AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger entries, across multiple UAE locations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, at least two years UAE experience, and solid Excel/ERP skills. Willingness to work anywhere in the UAE and knowledge of UAE VAT are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years UAE accounting experience.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, invoicing, and ledger entries.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and basic accounting compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good communication and numerical skills.
• Willing to work at locations across the UAE.
• Experience in building materials/trading sector is a plus.
