Job summary

Agile Consultants in the UAE seeks a Joinery Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and secure projects for residential and commercial interior works across the UAE.

You will identify potential clients, develop long-term relationships, prepare proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award, leveraging a strong UAE network in joinery and interior fit-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience within UAE joinery/interior fit-out/construction.
• Proven experience sourcing villa and building interior projects within the UAE.
• Strong network of consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals and participating in commercial negotiations.
• Excellent knowledge of joinery products, interior fit-out solutions and project sales processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and capable of generating new business independently.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities for joinery and interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
• Source villa, residential, commercial, and building interior projects through developers, consultants, contractors, architects and interior designers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and presentations to understand project requirements and recommend joinery solutions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and tender submissions with estimation and technical teams.
• Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, production and project teams for smooth execution and satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and upcoming projects to identify opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM or reporting systems.
