Job summary

ADMECHON CONTRACTING LLC in Dubai seeks a Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee roads, drainage, sewerage, and water utility works. You will coordinate with authorities, consultants, clients, and contractors to obtain NOCs and approvals.

The role requires a degree in Civil or Infrastructure Engineering and proven UAE project experience. You will monitor schedules, budgets, quality and HSE, ensuring compliance with drawings and authority requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Public Administration.
• Proven experience with UAE infrastructure projects and authority procedures.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients and government departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply utilities and related civil works.
• Coordinate with UAE authorities (RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees) for approvals and permits.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards and HSE compliance; supervise site execution.

Job description

Manage infrastructure projects including roads drainage sewerage water supply utilities and related civil works Coordinate with relevant UAE authorities such as RTA Dubai Municipality DEWA DDA Trakhees and other applicable authorities Obtain NOCs work permits design approvals construction permits and completion certificates Prepare and submit drawings technical documents method statements and other required submissions for authority approval Coordinate with consultants subcontractors clients and government authorities Monitor project schedules budgets quality standards and HSE compliance Follow up on authority comments and ensure timely approval and closure Supervise site execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and authority requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Public Administration.
• Proven experience in UAE infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures and NOC requirements.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, clients, and government departments.
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering.
