Job summary

FAB is seeking a dedicated professional to manage end-to-end CID security clearance processes for new hires and internal staff. You will engage with CID officials to maximize FAB governance, minimize turnaround times, and ensure compliance with submission standards.

You will advise on regulatory requirements, maintain key stakeholder relationships, and report on CID activities to senior HR leaders, ensuring timely, accurate clearance decisions in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CID security clearance process or equivalent government clearance workflows.
• Solid understanding of UAE laws and legislation on employment security clearance.
• Proven ability to influence at senior government levels to achieve positive outcomes.
• Excellent relationships with Abu Dhabi government entities and officials.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Proficient in MS Office and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Review and process security clearance applications for FAB and subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with CID officials to ensure timely and compliant clearances.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for management on CID submissions.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on requirements and timelines.
• Advise on regulatory requirements and updates affecting CID clearances.
• Communicate outcomes and escalations to senior HR leadership.
