First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the end-to-end security clearance process for employment. You will review applications, coordinate with CID officials, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while managing sensitive information and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Understanding of UAE security clearance processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience dealing with government entities and high-level stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Process complex and sensitive security clearance applications for FAB contracts and subsidiaries.
• Manage relationships with CID officials to improve governance and turnaround time.
• Review documentation to ensure CID submission standards are met.
• Create and maintain status reports for CID-related applications.
• Ensure timely handling of candidate and staff security clearance matters.
• Track CID TAT and escalated clearance issues.
• Communicate outcomes to senior HR leadership with sensitivity.
