You will coordinate with CID officials, monitor submission timelines, and advise internal teams on compliance and risk factors to avoid delays and support business needs. Proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing security clearance applications.
• Ability to liaise with CID and other government entities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for security clearances in the UAE.
• Fluency in English and Arabic for written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Process complex security clearance applications for FAB candidates and subsidiaries.
• Manage relationships with CID officials to optimise governance and turnaround times.
• Review documentation to ensure CID standards are met.
• Create status reports on CID submissions for management.
• Ensure timely handling of all security clearance matters for candidates and staff.
• Track CID turnaround times and escalated clearance issues.
• Communicate outcomes to senior HR leadership.
• Provide guidance on CID documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with government entities to ensure positive dialogue.
• Demonstrate understanding of UAE security clearance laws for employment.
