Gewan Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Cluster Marketing Executive to oversee marketing across Gewan properties in the UAE. You will craft content for social media, websites, and emails, manage campaigns, and ensure brand consistency while supporting each hotel's commercial goals.

You will coordinate photography, manage social media, track KPIs, and collaborate with property teams to deliver compelling collateral and promotions. Travel between properties is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years marketing experience in hotels/resorts or lifestyle hospitality brands.
• Strong content-writing and visual-storytelling skills.
• Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, basic Google Ads, email marketing tools and CMS.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate monthly marketing calendars and campaigns across properties.
• Create and adapt content for social media, websites, email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage social media scheduling, community engagement and platform updates.
• Support digital campaigns via Meta, Google platforms and email tools.
• Coordinate photography and video shoots, briefs, schedules, approvals and asset delivery.
• Maintain an organised library of approved photos, videos, templates and brand materials.
• Support events with digital and printed collateral.
• Coordinate media, influencer and content-creator visits with itineraries and deliverables.
• Update hotel websites and listings to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with property teams to gather marketing requirements and updates.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and campaigns in UAE.
• Track campaign performance and marketing KPIs; prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and other suppliers; monitor deadlines and costs.
• Raise purchase requests and maintain records of marketing expenses.
