Arada is seeking a Government Relations professional (UAEN) to manage relationships with UAE government authorities and regulatory bodies while ensuring full compliance with UAE laws. The role supports licensing, visa processing, labor and immigration matters, and other government-related activities with timely service delivery.

Responsibilities include government liaison, immigration & labor services, licensing & regulatory compliance, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with UAE Labor Law and MOHRE requirements.
• Understanding of UAE immigration procedures and Emirates ID processes.
• Familiarity with company licensing and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with UAE government entities as the primary contact for the company.
• Coordinate licensing renewals, amendments and registrations with authorities.
• Process employee government transactions: visas, residency, Emirates ID, medicals.
• Monitor visa/permit expiries and ensure timely renewals.
• Support onboarding and offboarding from a government relations perspective.
• Prepare reports on government transactions and compliance activities.
