NAMAA Services in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in the UAE, identifying new opportunities in food production, manufacturing, and related sectors, and securing leasing agreements and potential build-to-suit projects.

You will build a robust pipeline, engage senior leaders across operations, supply chain and real estate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn opportunities into measurable results.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of overall professional experience, including approximately 5–7 years in relevant business development or commercial roles.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE, targeting food manufacturers, processors, FMCG companies, distributors and cold-chain operators.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers, develop a qualified business pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed commercial agreements.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, real estate and executive leadership to understand their facility requirements and expansion plans.
• Research the UAE's food manufacturing and industrial real estate markets, identifying demand trends, prospective customers, competitor activity and opportunities for growth.
• Identify businesses requiring new or expanded production facilities and explore opportunities for customized, build-to-suit developments based on customer needs.
• Lead customer discussions, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate leasing terms in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Build a network of brokers, industry associations, consultants and other relevant stakeholders to generate leads and strengthen ProFoods market presence.
• Work with real estate, development, engineering, finance and legal teams to align customer requirements with project feasibility and commercial objectives.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track opportunities and conversion rates, and report on progress against agreed commercial targets.
