Job summary

Cool Max Scent is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our UAE market from Sharjah and beyond. You will visit hotels, restaurants, offices and retailers, demonstrate products, and close deals with new and existing customers.

This role requires strong English communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel across the UAE, and the ability to meet monthly targets. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Indian nationals can apply.
• Outdoor sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in General Trading, FMCG, Air Fresheners, Aroma Diffusers, Retail, or related industries is preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
• Own Visa is preferred; company visa will be provided.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Urdu are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
• Passionate about sales and comfortable meeting new customers.
• Willing to travel across the UAE.
• Available for immediate joining.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Visit hotels, restaurants, cafes, offices, clinics, retail stores, shopping malls and commercial businesses.
• Promote and sell Cool Max Scent air fresheners and aroma diffuser solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain product benefits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
• Prepare daily sales activity and visit reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Travel across the UAE for client meetings and business development.
