Job summary

ALQAED MANUFACTURING FZC in the UAE is seeking a Field Sales Executive to develop new customers and strengthen relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and retailers. You will promote our aerosol and FMCG products and close orders during visits.

The role requires at least 2 years in outdoor sales, UAE experience preferred, and a valid driving licence. Fluent English is required; Arabic an advantage. Salary ranges AED 4,000–6,000 plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outdoor/field sales experience in UAE.
• Experience in FMCG or aerosol/household products is advantageous.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred; strong communication skills in English; Arabic a plus.

Job description

Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to find and develop new customers across the UAE. Visit wholesalers, distributors, supermarkets, groceries, and other potential B2B customers. Introduce and promote our aerosol and FMCG products directly to customers. Generate new leads, take orders, and convert potential customers into actual sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requirements. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s customer network. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales and customer visit reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in Outdoor / Field Sales. Previous UAE sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience in FMCG, aerosol products, household products, general trading, or similar products is an advantage. Must be active in field sales and capable of finding new customers independently. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. Knowledge of UAE wholesalers, distributors, and retail markets is an advantage. Valid UAE Driving Licence is highly preferred. English communication skills are required; Arabic is an advantage. Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
