Qualifications

• Senior Corporate Tax and International Tax expertise with UAE market exposure.
• Experience leading high-value UAE and cross-border tax engagements.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships with CFOs and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements.
• Advise on Corporate Tax obligations, tax structuring, transactions, and cross-border considerations.
• Provide senior guidance on Transfer Pricing and coordinate specialist support.
• Interpret UAE Corporate Tax legislation and FTA guidance.
• Translate tax provisions into practical recommendations aligned with client operations.
• Manage relationships with CFOs and senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Lead proposals, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Develop the Corporate Tax Advisory offering in response to regulatory changes.
