Qualifications

• Substantial experience in Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience with local Corporate Tax requirements.
• Transfer Pricing knowledge or exposure to related matters.
• Proven ability to manage technically complex tax engagements and senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, tax structuring, and international implications.
• Provide senior-level technical oversight and ensure commercially relevant recommendations.
