Job summary

ASTRUC & CO. is a Dubai-based legal consultancy firm seeking a motivated Junior Corporate Consultant to join our multinational team.

The role covers business set-up, licensing, bank account openings and immigration across UAE zones, ensuring regulatory compliance and smooth coordination with authorities. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal or related field and has at least two years of UAE experience; excellent English skills; and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Legal or related field.
• 2+ years UAE experience as Business and Immigration Consultant.
• Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM.
• Attitude: professional, polite, resourceful, detail-oriented, team player.
• Preferred: ICA ACAMS, Corporate Secretary experience, Foundations SPVs/Cell Companies (DIFC/ADGM/RAKICC).
• Valid UAE driving license with own car; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from business set-up through bank account opening to immigration in UAE.
• Coordinate across Free Zones and mainland authorities (DMCC, IFZA, Meydan, JAFZA, DAFZA, ADGM, DIFC, etc.).
• Maintain 100% documentation compliance for regulatory filings.
• Support KYC and AML documentation processes with accuracy.
• Demonstrate strong client communication and project coordination skills.
