Astruc & CO. (Dubai) seeks a Corporate Consultant to join our multinational team. The role requires a bachelor degree and 2+ years UAE experience, with strong English skills and UAE portal familiarity to ensure seamless corporate operations.

You will drive business setup, licensing, banking, and immigration processes across UAE free zones and mainland authorities, ensuring meticulous documentation and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Business Finance Legal or related.
• 2 years minimum experience as Business and Immigration Consultant in the UAE.
• Excellent English in reading, writing and speaking.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM exposure.
• Professional, polite, resourceful, detail‑oriented and team‑oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from business set‑up through bank account opening to immigration in the UAE. Manage documentation and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate across UAE free zones and mainland authorities for licensing and approvals.
• Ensure 100% documentation compliance for immigration and corporate filings.
• Support KYC and AML documentation processes with accuracy.
• Maintain strong client communication and project coordination with stakeholders.
• Oversee legalisation, translations, and related compliance steps.
