Job summary

Anker Innovations in Dubai, UAE is seeking a hands-on, commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of the UAE market and drive measurable growth across Anker’s brands. You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, telco operators and other partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in consumer electronics or related sectors.
• Strong experience in the UAE market, with retailers, distributors, telco, and B2B channels.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth across multiple brands.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent business English required; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Anker's brands.
• Develop and manage sales channels including retailers, distributors, telco, resellers, B2B and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Develop business plans and account strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Travel regularly within the UAE and, when required, across the region.
